My one cake a month project is still going strong!
June’s cake was The Loopy Whisk’s GF Boston Cream Pie. This was SO GOOD. I’ll be making it again for sure.
For May, I made Minimalist Baker’s GF Vanilla Cake. This one was also delicious. I stacked the cake layers with raspberry jam & chocolate frosting.
In April, I made NYT Cooking’s Banana Snacking Cake. It was… not the best, tbh. It was just kind of boring. I wish I had remembered to add some bourbon to the caramel glaze like some commenters suggested.
