This meal emulates one that you would get from a halal street cart in NYC, if you were in NYC. Since I'm on the opposite coast, I'm super happy that I can make something similar in my own kitchen... these flavors are everything I want to eat. Coriander, cumin, oregano, turmeric, etc. The best 🙌🏼
